Big Boy

We moved Tanner to a bed and he loves it. He thinks he is pretty special to have a bed. He has had no problems going to bed at night or for nap time but that is probably because he loves to go to bed.

Twin Lakes 2011

Twin Lakes was so fun this year. It seems like there is always something crazy that happens every year but it was pretty low key this year, only one tire blew on the way there. The kids had tons of fun and were worn out by the end of the week. We had fun skiing, tubing, knee boarding, making gigantic bubbles, taking walks, fishing, swimming, jumping off the dock and so much more. Ella had been talking about it for weeks and was so excited to spend time with her cousins Tallia and Tucker.

Ella even jumped off by herself this year. She also would swim out to where she couldn't touch, which is big for her.

Roommates

One of my old roommates, Kristen, was in town and we got to visit for a bit. It was so fun to see her and her family. I sure do miss this girl, we had a lot of good times back in the day.

What a Silly Girl

Ella can be pretty silly. I was making dinner and turned around to this. She took one of her play skirts and sat over the vent.

Country Flag

We had a great country flag day, as Ella kept calling it. We went to my parents for the weekend. My sister and her family were visiting and so was Nancy's fiance, Marshall. We had fun hanging out, going on the slip-n-slide, decorating bikes, riding grandpa's motorcycle, and doing confetti fireworks. We ended the 4th at home finishing the kids new play set, BBQ with Nancy and Marshall, and watching the fireworks.

We are truly grateful for our country and freedom.

Since it was Cherry harvest they had a helicopter ready to take off if it decided to rain. Tanner was obsessed with it.

Good Friends

My good friend Mckenzie came for a quick visit. It was so good to see her and her sweet family, especially her new baby. We had fun chatting and eating yummy desserts. The kids were so glad to see each other and play. It was just like old times and it felt so good to catch up with her.
